
Dan Bazile, an anchor for NewsChannel 13 Weekend Today, a weekend morning news show broadcast out of Albany, N.Y., spoke at MCLA yesterday, Thursday, Nov. 16. The lecture was sponsored by the MCLA chapter of the National Broadcasting Society.
Bazile spent several years as an actor and freelance writer before entering the television news business in 1999. Since then, he had become a familiar face to Capital Region residents. During his five-year reporting career, he has covered a wide range of events, as well as major stories including the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and the extradition of Ira Einhorn from Europe to the United States to serve prison time for murder.
